Roxanne Greene

Roxanne Greene, a California native and accountant at Roxanne & Associates, is well-known for her friendly demeanor and light spirits. She started this company because she wanted to make sure people were informed before making major financial decisions. Unlike larger firms where clients are charged by the minute and sometimes are afraid to call for fear of a hefty bill, Roxanne has created many long-term connections with her clients due to her personal approach and honest accounting practices.

Roxanne loves plants and all things nature. She helps many surrounding farmers through her accounting practice. Roxanne loves farmers since they are hardworking people with amazing traits who do so much for us in our everyday lives, and she can’t thank them enough!

Roxanne’s favorite color is green – and not only because it is on her last name! She has a special place in her heart for all things forest green, and whenever there are leafs or trees or grassy fields with this vibrant shade of nature’s carpeting, Roxanne can feel at peace!

Cheryl Wilcox

I am a licensed California Tax Education Council (CTEC) Tax Preparer. I have been doing taxes since I was 16 years old. I graduated from Estrella Mountain Community College in Avondale, Arizona with an Associates of Science in Business Management, Honors and an Associates of Arts, Honors with Distinction.

I love the outdoors. When I have free time, you will often find me around water snorkeling, kayaking or exploring the beach and tidepools. I have been to forty-six of our beautiful States with plans to see the remaining four. I also enjoy cooking, 5K’s and classic car events. I have five brothers, a lot of nephews and nieces and now, seven grandnephews. Loved ones are my greatest adventure.

I recently joined R.Greene & Associates Inc, I am thankful to work with such an experienced, talented and gracious group of people. I am confident that our services will exceed your expectations.

Dean Olivo

Dean J. Olivo

Hi, my name is Dean Olivo, I am currently a second-year college student at California State University – San Marcos. I am studying Business with an emphasis on Supply Chain Management.

Outside of work, I really enjoy watching sports especially going to Padres games with my friends and family. I love summertime because nothing is better than going down to the beach all day swimming in the ocean and getting my tan on. I also love to travel with my family for vacations visiting islands in the Caribbean.

I joined R. Greene and Associates in November with the mindset to learn basic accounting principles and gain valuable work experience. I am super grateful to be able to work with such knowledgeable colleagues that are very compassionate about teaching and working with me. I can assure you at R. Brian Carlock

I am a licensed California Tax Preparer. I studied Economics at California State University Sacramento and have been working in the industry for the last three years.

I have been blessed to be a lifelong San Diegan and to call Fallbrook my home. I am an avid writer, and hope to someday share my work with others. I have a passion for learning and am constantly searching for opportunities for self-growth. As a Colts fan since 2006, you can expect me to want to talk about last week’s Colts’ game… unless we lost.

Currently, I am studying accounting at UCSD Extension. My goal is to take the exam and become a Certified Public Accountant. Over the past three years, I have seen my coworkers and I grow both personally and professionally, and I am proud to be a part of this organization.

Linda Wills

I have been working at R. Greene and Associates, Inc since 2019 and am an administrative assistant and bookkeeper.

Previously, I worked as a Senior Program Analyst at the Naval Weapons Station handling logistics for over one hundred employees.
I help with my families’ landscaping business, which has been in Fallbrook for over thirty years. I love opportunities to interact with customers and have deep ties to our community. I enjoy the outdoors; from camping in the desert, to nurturing my garden.

Trista Pearce

I am the newest member of the R. Greene and Associates team and very happy to be part of such a friendly and professional company.

Currently, I am performing duties as Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper. However, I am enrolled in the CTEC (California Tax Education Council) program and will be preparing tax returns soon.

I am enjoying learning about how to prepare State and Federal taxes and giving the best customer service to our wonderful clients.

I was born and raised in Fallbrook, CA and loved exploring all of our beautiful back country. I am a lover of all animals and enjoy spending time with my pigeons, chickens and cats.

Before I came to R. Greene and Associates I worked at a non-profit children’s summer camp in Administration for 14 years, the last 3 years of my service there I was the Camp Director.

When I came back to my home town, I was happy to be close to my family again, who have been Fallbrook residents since the mid-1960s.

I look forward to meeting and serving our current and future clients. Continuing to provide the exceptional service this awesome company is known for.
